When our website was designed, being a senior organization,
we had several concerns about the format being of ease and
responsive especially for seniors. We wanted to have a larger
and easy to read type size, and it had to be non-confusing as
well as uncluttered with a simple straight back and forth and
easy navigation system and all with a user-friendly informative
format. We also built in an internal internet routing procedure.
All the points of contact are listed by the customers interest,
ensuring the quickest possible response. How did we do ?
