Internet Explorer, version 7.0 or higher (Note: You can download a more recent version 9 for free at  http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/downloads/ie.   This is the preferred browser. Once you enter this site, pick your current windows platform.)

PDF Files

To view Adobe PDF files on  AmericanRetiredPersons.com,  you will need to use Adobe Reader, preferably 9.0 or higher.  You can download the reader for free or learn more about Adobe by visiting our Adobe information page.

Monitor Setting

The AmericanRetiredPersons.com  Website is best viewed by setting your monitor resolution to 1280 by 1024.  (At this resolution, everything appears large and easy to see and read.)  For example, in Windows, you would check your monitor resolution by selecting the "My Computer" icon; then the "Control Panel" icon, then the "Display" icon; then the "Settings" tab. The "desktop area" will list your monitor resolution setting.
